The office exercise chair has been designed to
enable the sedentary office worker to not only relieve stress
in the work environment but also have a workout during the lunch
break or other free periods.
The problem with most fitness apparatus is storage when not
in use. The home gym machines are a particular problem and nine
out of ten end up in the garage in a spare room gathering dust,
or in a bedroom in every bodies way until finally thrown out.
A British inventor by the name of Peter Ashley
has invented the perfect solution to this problem...
THE EASY X CHAIR, can be used in the home,
and the office version for the workplace. Its an ordinary looking
easy arm chair or office chair in appearance but is far from
ordinary. Because by the pull of a button the chair
becomes a fully functional multy purpose gym machine capable
of allowing a full body workout.

What is stress
Stress can be best understood in this way:
When two animals confront each other, adrenaline seeps from
their brain causing the fight flight syndrome.
When humans become anxious, nervous or angry, the brain secretes
adrenaline to the muscular system in the same way. Because our
body is stimulated to react but our mind is resisting, i.e.
not reacting violently we are in conflict, causing a stress
situation. If we physically exercise as soon as possible in
a stress situation the adrenaline is used up and our bodies
become in chemical harmony.
Over a period of years the excess of adrenaline is the major
cause of multiple psoriasis, heart attacks, and other related
problems. Some countries are now encouraging physical exercise
in the work place which, not only leads to a healthier lifestyle
but a increase in productivity and a healthier profit for the
company.
